Refund policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Please present the original invoice for Return, Exchange, and Warranty services.
Certain items are not eligible for return.
Items eligible for Return and Exchange must adhere to the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Offered items can be returned alongside the purchased item if they remain in their original condition; otherwise, their value will be deducted.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, except for purchases made with partner vouchers or installment services, which may be exchanged for Alsan's Home vouchers.
- Refunds for amounts collected on behalf of third parties are subject to the policies of the service provider; customers must provide the payment slip along with Alsan's Home.
- Return, Exchange, and Warranty services are valid within the country where the product was purchased.
- Service charges are non-refundable.
- Acceptance of a shipment from the shipping company confirms that the carton is undamaged and sealed upon receipt. (Additional terms and conditions for online purchases:)

REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.
